Powerful technology, multiple functions
one clamping can complete various processing to meet personalized market manufacturing needs
Overall Structure
The machine tool features an integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic layout with a 30° integral high-low rail bed, offering advantages such as compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip removal, and convenient operation.
The guideways are rolling guideways, and the drive components utilize high-speed, silent ball screws, providing advantages such as high speed, low heat generation, and high positioning accuracy. The machine tool is fully enclosed, with manual chip removal, automatic lubrication, and automatic cooling. All major basic components are cast from high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, ensuring high rigidity and stable precision.
Motorized spindle
The main drive system of this machine tool adopts a high-performance servo motor drive, which drives the spindle to rotate via a belt. The spindle speed range is 0-2800 r/min. The front support of the spindle uses double-row cylindrical roller bearings and two sets of high-precision angular contact ball bearings, while the rear support uses double-row cylindrical roller bearings, meeting the requirements for bearing axial and radial cutting forces.
Drive
The longitudinal and lateral drives utilize high-performance SIEMENS/Fanuc servo motors, ensuring high positioning accuracy and flexible, reliable operation.
Tool magazine
This machine tool uses a servo turret, which features fast tool changing speed and high reliability.
Widely used in the machining of rotary parts such as small and medium-sized discs and shafts, featuring strong processing performance and high positioning accuracy. It boasts professional machining advantages, especially in metalworking sectors including gears, bearings, small wheel hub units, new energy, the petroleum industry, and automotive parts.
