As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on a year marked by significant progress across product development, market expansion, manufacturing scale, and brand recognition. Our journey is marked by the continuous integration of precision engineering and intelligent technology, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in modern manufacturing. This article summarizes Taikan's achievements and progress in the fields of intelligent machine tools and industrial automation in 2025.
Taikan's MES (Manufacturing Execution System) has transformed shop-floor operations into a fully paperless, data-driven workflow. Planners now dispatch work orders online and the MES auto-schedules production by capacity and material availability—reducing scheduling time to 5 minutes (a 24× improvement). MES generates picking lists for accurate material preparation, cuts waste, and routes material via AGV vehicles instead of manual transport.

Every machine tool is tracked by a QR code for scan-to-start and scan-to-report operations; real-time progress is displayed on digital boards. Inspection standards are embedded in the system so non-conformities can be pushed for rectification with one click, creating a fully closed-loop online process. From material preparation to warehousing, MES boosted process efficiency by 40% and enabled the Huzhou base to reach 12,000 machines per year—an increase of 3,000 units compared to traditional methods.

AI Intelligent Control: Edge-Enabled, Self-Learning Machining
Taikan upgraded the T-500B drilling-tapping machine and T-856S vertical CNC machining center with a new AI platform that integrates cloud big data, edge AI modules, and sensor convergence. The AI-enabled machines deliver four core capabilities: thermal error compensation, machining kinematics simulation, adaptive feedrate adjustment, and remote operation & maintenance.
Powered by algorithms that enable perception, decision, control and learning (“autonomous sensing, decisioning, controlling and learning”), these AI systems provide multi-directional process assistance—raising both precision and throughput while simplifying complex workflows.

These technical breakthroughs strengthen Taikan's product competitiveness and underscore our role as a global CNC machine manufacturer delivering intelligent, high-performance solutions for demanding industries.
In April, at the 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT 2025) in Beijing, Taikan presented a commanding presence with a 700+ square meters booth and 9 next-generation intelligent machine tools. These new models, integrating multi-axis machining capabilities and advanced intelligent control systems, were developed with a clear focus on high-growth sectors such as new energy vehicles and aerospace. The new product line emphasizes improved machining accuracy, cycle-time reduction and higher throughput, signaling a decisive step in Taikan's product high-endization and digital upgrade.

This momentum continued throughout the year with strategic participations at major international trade fairs, including EMO exhibition (Germany), TECMA (Mexico), and major international trade fairs in Saudi Arabia , Vietnam , Indonesia , Thailand , and Egypt . These appearances reinforce our core belief that the advancement of smart manufacturing thrives on open exchange and worldwide collaboration, allowing us to expand the industry's capabilities collectively.

The year 2025 brought significant external recognition, providing clear benchmarks for our growing influence and brand strength. Taikan's bestselling model, the T-V856S Vertical Machining Center, is honored with the ' Vogel Pl Award(Pioneer of industry) ' for its outstanding performance and reliable global market presence, underscoring our competitive strength and industry influence.

Furthermore, the authoritative institution MIR DATABANK released the Top 10 Sales Revenue List of China's Metal Cutting Machine Tools in the First Half of 2025. Create Century Group (Stock Code: 300083) successfully entered the list and secured the top position, reaffirming its position as a leading enterprise in China's machine tool industry! (Taikan Machine is its sub-brand.)

Additional honors included our inclusion in the Shenzhen Top 500 Enterprises list, recognition as a WISE2025 Advanced Manufacturing Leader, and our addition to the CSI A500 Index. Awards such as the "Dual Leader in New Quality Productivity" distinction and the "Golden Information Disclosure Award" for listed companies are not merely accolades; they are validations of our strategic direction, operational excellence, and commitment to transparency.

The past year was marked by historic production milestones that testify to our manufacturing scale and the enduring trust of the market. In August, cumulative shipments of Taikan drilling and tapping machines surpassed 110,000 units. This was followed in October by the landmark rollout of the 50,000th Vertical Machining Center (VMC) from Huzhou manufacturing headquarters.
A pivotal strategic expansion was the official commissioning of our overseas manufacturing base in Vietnam. Spanning approximately 18,000 square meters, this facility extends our production network beyond our four domestic hubs in Huzhou, Dongguan, Yibin, and Suzhou. This move is a critical step in enhancing global supply chain resilience and serving our international clientele with greater agility and localized support.

The ultimate measure of our machining excellence is realized in the success of our customers. Throughout 2025, we gathered testimonies from partners worldwide whose operations have been transformed by Taikan machine tools.
For instance, a Brazilian Motor housing supplier for the automotive industry reported Taikan machine solutions delivered measurable improvements in core production indicators: reduced setup times through better fixture and tool strategies, shorter cycle times enabled by optimized toolpaths and advanced spindle performance. Similarly, a partner in China 3C electronics sector highlighted how the exceptional stability and accuracy of our equipment have empowered them to confidently accept more complex, high-tolerance projects, significantly reducing rework and accelerating their customers' time-to-market. These narratives are the most credible affirmation of our promise to deliver not just machines, but tangible competitive advantages and enhanced productivity.

As we look ahead, Taikan will continue to focus on pioneering R&D, manufacturing excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Our goal is to be a driving force in the transformation of the global CNC manufacturing industry, empowering businesses everywhere to navigate future challenges and seize new opportunities through technological innovation.
