Taikan Group's Vietnam Manufacturing Base — the group's first overseas production facility — officially commenced operations in the second quarter of 2025.
The first phase of Taikan Vietnam Manufacturing Base has recently begun production. This marks the fifth manufacturing base established by Taikan Group, following its four domestic bases in Huzhou, Dongguan, Yibin, and Suzhou. It is also the group's first overseas manufacturing facility, strategically positioned to expand its international market presence.
I. Strategic Presence in Vietnam, Reaching Southeast Asia
The Vietnam Manufacturing Base spans a total planned construction area of approximately 18,000 square meters and will be developed in three phases. The recently operational first phase covers an area of 1,928.45 square meters. Once fully completed, the base will not only meet current production ramp-up demands but also allow ample room for future capacity expansion.
The Vietnam base represents a critical step in Taikan Group's global strategy. Leveraging Vietnam's "Two Corridors and One Economic Circle" initiative and China-Vietnam cross-border logistics channels, the facility aims to deepen the group's presence in the Southeast Asian market. It will focus on the production, sales, and technical services of precision CNC machine tools, targeting customers in industries such as electronics and automotive across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region. This localized approach enables a faster response to overseas client needs.
II. Localized Services, Future-Oriented Vision
Taikan Vietnam Manufacturing Base will actively align with the Vietnamese government's industrial development policies while maintaining the group's commitment to advanced technology. The facility will incorporate high-end equipment and advanced production lines, including drilling, machining centers, horizontal and vertical lathes, and CNC machines, all developed domestically. These resources will support industries such as 3C components, new energy vehicles, and 5G communications, ensuring products meet international standards and maintain technological competitiveness.
As Taikan Group's strategic gateway to Southeast Asia, the Vietnam base will also serve as a forward-facing hub for supporting global manufacturing operations of international clients. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance the brand’s responsiveness and influence in overseas markets.
