Machine Structure

Through Finite Element Analysis, the structure has been optimized—incorporating practical considerations—to enhance the machine tool's rigidity and natural frequency.

Guideways and Ball Screws

  • The lead screws for the X, Y, and Z axes feature C3-grade high precision; the X and Y axes are equipped with standard 4012 lead screws, while the Z axis utilizes a 4010 small-pitch lead screw, thereby ensuring the rigidity of the screw transmission and extending its service life.

  • All three axes—X, Y, and Z—are fitted with size 45 roller linear guides, capable of supporting heavier loads and meeting the demands of 4-axis machining, fixture-based operations, and high-precision cutting under heavy-load conditions.


Spindle

The machine comes standard with a 12,000 RPM high-speed, long-nose, direct-drive spindle. Featuring excellent heat dissipation and minimal thermal deformation, it is also equipped with a cooling system that effectively controls thermal expansion, thereby enhancing machining precision and surface finish.
