A Resounding Success at CMES Vietnam Machine Tool Exhibition 2025!

Taikan Machine is proud to reflect on an incredibly successful participation at the CMES Vietnam Machine Tool Exhibition 2025, held from November 12th to 15th at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Hanoi. Our booth, Hall 1 A02, served as a dynamic hub of innovation, attracting a significant number of manufacturers, engineers, and industry professionals from across Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region.

I. Highlights from the Show

• Models on display: T-V850M Vertical Machining Center, ST-206 Swiss-type Lathe, and T-500U 5-axis Drilling & Tapping Center.

• Live demonstrations & technical briefings: Attendees observed live machining demonstrations and received in-depth technical briefings from our engineers and product specialists.

II. Machines Exhibited

• T-V850M Vertical Machining Center
  Built on a high-rigidity cast-iron structure with a fixed-column cross-slide design, the T-V850M delivers stable, precise, and efficient high-speed machining. Equipped with a BT40 8,000 rpm spindle and a 24-tool arm-type magazine, it is ideal for customers seeking a reliable solution for high-throughput, high-precision vertical milling tasks.

• ST-206 Swiss-type Lathe
  The ST-206 features a double-spindle, dual-system architecture with six linear feed axes and 32 m/min rapid traverse, offering exceptional productivity for bar and small-part turning. With a built-in motorized spindle, a Mitsubishi CNC system (with cold/hot compensation), and support for 5 power tools plus 5 end-face hole tools, the ST-206 is engineered for complex, high-volume precision turning.

• T-500U 5-axis Linkage Drilling & Tapping Center
  Targeted at multi-face and multi-angle component work, the T-500U combines A/C DD rotary axes, a 24,000 rpm spindle, and 48 m/min rapid speed. Its 21-tool servo tool changer enables fast, flexible setups and outstanding performance on intricate 5-axis parts.

The reception to all three of our showcased machines was overwhelmingly positive. The T-500U 5-Axis Drilling and Tapping Center, in particular, emerged as the star of our booth. It generated significant buzz and was the subject of in-depth discussions with numerous clients. We engaged in productive dialogues about its detailed configurations and technical parameters, with many visitors exploring how its 5-axis simultaneous machining capabilities could provide tailored solutions for their specific, complex part manufacturing needs. These conversations went beyond simple inquiries, evolving into collaborative sessions on advanced 5-axis machining strategies.
