More efficient and flexible! The Taikan Precision Machining Horizontal Machining Center H-630S achieves precise machining!

H-630S is a classic horizontal machining center with a T-shaped single worktable that is heavy-duty, efficient, cost-effective, and suitable for machining workpieces such as box bodies, cylinder heads, cylinder heads, and multi-faceted valve bodies.


After one clamping, it can complete multiple surface boring, milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, and other machining needs, reducing tooling and improving machining efficiency.


It is widely used in various mechanical processing fields such as automobile manufacturing, rail transportation, petroleum valve engineering machinery, and general machinery.



Overall high rigidity design


The main body of the machine tool is an inverted T-shaped bed, a box in box structure column, and a spindle box hanging layout with high rigidity, strength, and stability.


The whole machine is mainly composed of modular design components such as the bed, column, spindle box, and turntable. The basic large components are all cast with high-quality resin sand molding high-strength cast iron material.


The main castings have undergone finite element analysis, and the reasonable arrangement of ribs has undergone secondary aging treatment, enabling the machine tool to achieve high rigidity and stable accuracy.


Precision drive accuracy guarantee


The machine tool uses heavy-duty roller linear guides for all three axes.


The feed system adopts high-precision ball screws combined with imported high-precision bearings.


Ensure the rigidity and precision requirements of the machine tool.


The three-axis adopts a highly reliable and well sealed digital AC servo motor to ensure good dynamic performance.


Belt spindle processing with sufficient force


The spindle adopts BT50/6000RPM belt type spindle driven and controlled by servo motor, with a compact structure.


High torque, low vibration, stable cutting process.


The standard water cooling machine cools the spindle, improves the service life of bearings, and reduces the impact of spindle thermal deformation on machining accuracy.


Multiple configurations such as direct spindle, center water outlet spindle, electric spindle, BT40 spindle, etc. can also be selected.



Spiral chip cleaning is convenient


The spiral chip conveyors on both sides of the column and the front and rear spiral chip conveyors on the X-axis form a 2+2 four screw structure, and are paired with a chain chip conveyor for smoother chip removal and easier cleaning.



Fully enclosed protection


The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed sheet metal protection in the processing area to prevent water debris from splashing during processing, ensuring safety and worry free operation.
