The Taikan V-650U is a vertical five-axis machining center engineered for high-precision machining of advanced metal components. Combining robust rigidity, state-of-the-art CNC control, and outstanding stability, it excels in producing complex parts, including impellers, aerospace components, automotive precision parts, high-end molds, and medical devices.

Built with a high-rigidity moving beam and gantry structure, the machine features a minimized distance between the spindle and crossbeam for superior structural integrity. Its high-quality gray cast iron bed ensures minimal deformation and enhanced vibration resistance, providing a solid foundation for sustained precision.

Equipped with INA roller guides for increased rigidity and an NSK high-speed ball screw with a cooling function, the V-650U guarantees high transmission accuracy and smooth operation. An HSK A63 high-speed electric spindle reaches up to 18,000 rpm, delivering exceptional surface finishes.

The A-axis is driven by a high-rigidity torque motor rotary table, supported by a high-resolution Heidenhain encoder and optimized cooling channels for precise and stable positioning. A 40-tool arm-style magazine supports diverse and complex machining needs.

Powered by the Siemens SINUMERIK ONE five-axis high-precision CNC system, the machine ensures reliable performance and consistent accuracy.
