Three flagship machines will be powered up and cutting real parts at our booth.

1. Tapping Machining Center T-500S

The T-500S drilling and tapping center is built on a high-rigidity cast-iron body and equipped with a BT30 24,000-rpm high-speed direct-drive spindle. Vibration during cutting is minimised to an almost imperceptible level, enabling precise shaping even on ultra-thin walls such as watch cases. Full-stroke positioning accuracy reaches 0.006 mm, giving you tight dimensional control and effectively preventing machining deformation.

2. Vertical Machining Center T-V850M

• Massive Construction: Fixed-column design with an extra-wide base and a large-span Y-axis eliminates vibration even during high-load operations.

• Robust Guiding: No. 45 roller linear guides with six sliders on the Z-axis provide immense load-bearing capacity.

• Powerful Spindle: Standard BT40-8000 rpm belt spindle delivers a formidable 118 Nm of torque, ensuring exceptional surface finishes on high-strength alloys.

• Thermal Stability: Large-diameter C3-grade pre-tensioned ballscrews guarantee precision over long production runs.

Designed for high-precision manufacturing, the T-V850M delivers the rigidity and stability expected from a reliable china cnc vertical machining center, making it suitable for a wide range of machining applications.

3. Swiss-type Lathe ST-206

The ST-206 Swiss-type lathe combines a double-spindle, double-system architecture with 6 linear feed axes and a rapid traverse speed of 32 m/min. As a highly versatile swiss type automatic lathe machine, it is designed to deliver efficient one-stop machining for complex precision components. Outfitted with 5 power tools and 5 end-face hole tools and interchangeable with or without guide sleeve, it tackles complex small parts in a single setup. An 8,000 rpm built-in motorized spindle, paired with a Mitsubishi system featuring secondary development and hot/cold machine compensation, ensures uncompromising precision and thermal stability from the first part to the last.
