High-Efficiency Processing
Leveraging data from over 100,000 units, TAIKAN uses advanced finite element analysis and dynamic optimization design to achieve a maximum acceleration of 1.2G, ensuring efficient and stable machining performance.
Fast Moving Speeds
The machine's rapid movement speed reaches 48m/min, significantly reducing cycle times and enhancing overall processing efficiency.
X-Axis Travel
Ranging from 500mm to 2000mm, providing full coverage across various models to meet diverse customer needs.
Self-Developed Tool Changer
Equipped with system-integrated motor drives, the 21-tool magazine can change tools in just 1.1 seconds. Tool magazines of 21T, 26T, 30T, and 40T are available, with a maximum tool length of 300mm, catering to various machining needs.
Self-Developed Spindle
After validation with over 90,000 machines in the field, the spindle improves bearing load capacity and reliability. The maximum spindle speed reaches 24,000 rpm, ensuring precise and high-speed machining.
Self-Developed Motorized Spindle
Featuring a permanent magnet synchronous Motorized Spindle, it has rapid start/stop response times, with instantaneous acceleration and deceleration in just 0.5 seconds. The oil-gas lubrication system reduces spindle temperature, extending its service life.
A turning center focuses on rotational operations, using a spindle to rotate the workpiece while tools shape it. It's ideal for cylindrical parts like shafts. In contrast, a milling center holds the workpiece stationary while rotating tools perform various cuts, making it suitable for complex shapes and surfaces. Some advanced machines combine both capabilities for greater versatility.
