Seven-axis Five-simultaneous Milling And Turning Machining Center
Overall structure
The ultra-compact mill-turn spindle ensures thesmallest footprint in the machining space, a more spacious and transparent working space with better accessibility. The operating distance from the spindle center is reduced to a minimum.
The maximum turning diameter of 630mm is achieved through the large stroke of the moving column axis: the maximum torque of the spindle is up to 764Nm. The optional sub-spindle can be used for complete 6-sided processing, the eccentric processing Y-axis stroke is up to 200mm, and the moving column design provides maximum stability.
Independent design CNC oscillating milling head
Built-in DD motor with zero transmission chain and no backlash design
Shortest span between the spindle tool tip and the structural support point to achieve maximum cutting rigidity
Larger YRT bearings to improve rigidity
Equipped with Heidenhain series absolute rotary encoder measurement system, full closed-loop control to ensure optimal accuracy
SINUMERIKONE CNC system
The operating table designed according to ergonomics can meet the ideal needs of different needs, realize close observation and monitoring of the entire processing process, achieve the best operation performance, and ensure the accuracy of control. The built-in operating system can realize the continuous management, documentation, and visualization of orders, processes, and machine tool data, making operation easier and more focused on product production.
Automatic tool change system
Standard disc tool magazine with 24/36 tool positions(optional 48 tool positions)
Tool selection and tool change are controlled by servo motors, which are more stable and accurate
Combined with the SINUMERIK ONE tool management function, tool management is more efficient
Equipped with an automatic tool setting instrument to improve tool setting speed and meet the needs of timely detection of wear and correction compensation between processes
It is used in the aerospace shipbuilding, precision instruments, automobile and other industries. For example, aviation engine rotors, large generator rotors, large ship propellers, crankshafts, impellers, blades, etc.
