Stable structure
The base structure adopts 6 supporting feet through digital analysis and special design.
The cast iron adopts Meehanite casting process and is completely heat treated to eliminate internal stress, greatly improving the rigidity and vibration resistance of the machine, ensuring good stability during high-speed or heavy cutting process.
The machine tool adopts a modular design and can be serialized and customized according to market demand.
High-speed rotary table
The A/C axis uses a DD direct-drive rotary table. The rotary table uses a torque motor to directly drive the load. It has no deceleration device and has a compact structure. It can achieve high-speed and high-torque cutting, with faster speed and higher precision;
A/C axis rotation angle of the rotary table: ±110 /360°, meeting the processing needs of most parts;The maximum speed of A/C axis is 200/250 rpm, which greatly improves machining efficiency.
Self-developed high-speed spindle
The standard 24000rpm direct-coupled precision spindle developed by Taikan has been verified by 90,000 units, has high-speed and fast response speed. Matched with ceramic ball bearings, it greatly extends the service life of spindle.
The spindle motor and spindle are driven by direct coupling, reducing high-speed tapping error. High output force is greatly utilized in high-speed and efficient processing.
Modular design
The machine tool adopts a modular design, which can be serialized and customized according to market demand.
The cost of customization for different customers is lower.
