High-rigidity structure

  • T-shaped integrated casting bed

Guide rail lead screw

  • The three-axis guideways utilize THK roller linear guides, offering high rigidity, low friction, and low noise.

  • The three-axis ball screws are from NSK, featuring a hollow cooling design. A temperature-controlled coolant circulates within the screw shaft via a cooling unit, rapidly cooling the ball screw during high-speed feeds and maintaining a constant temperature for stable machining accuracy.

Spindle

  • The B-axis utilizes an internationally advanced DD direct-drive motor for high-precision and high-efficiency part rotation.

  • It employs a high-torque, high-speed electric spindle with automatic dual-winding switching, meeting diverse needs for high speed and high torque. High speed, high precision, and low noise fully satisfy the requirements of boring, milling, and drilling operations.

CNC system

Equipped with a high-performance Siemens 828D CNC system, all three axes are driven by Siemens motors, ensuring the stability of machine tool control and guaranteeing the CNC machining and auxiliary functions required by users.
