T-1060L vertical machining center, because Z axis adopts high rigidity hard rail, X, Y axis adopts high-speed moving linear rolling guide pair, so that the machine tool has low vibration during high-speed feed and no crawling during low-speed feed. Because of the high speed of linear rail machine and the high rigidity of hard rail machine, it is widely used in machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other industries, especially automobile manufacturing and motorcycle manufacturing. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed by milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after one clamping, which is suitable for mass production.

  • The structure of the whole machine is fixed-column and cross slide structure. The fuselage adopts a super large stable base, high rigidity and large span herringbone column, high-speed cutting without vibration or deformation.
  • The large basic parts are all cast with high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
  • The X and Y axis guide rails are carried by No. 45 large linear rails, with high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
  • The Z axis adopts rectangular hard rail, which has high rigidity, can be cut heavy, and has good shock absorption.
  • C3 grade ball screw rod with pre-tensioned structure to eliminate part of thermal extension. The ball screw rod bearing adopts self-lubricating to extend the life of the bearing.
  • The spindle adopts Taikan's high-speed spindle unit with BT40-8000r/min belt head as standard. The front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design with air curtain protection to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
  • The movement of the headstock (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. Even when moving at a high speed, the counterweight will not shake. The precise ratio of the counterweight to the weight of the headstock can obtain the best machining characteristics. And the Z-axis drive motor has good load characteristics.
  • Equipped with positive displacement and forced lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
  • The chip removal of the machine tool is equipped with slopes on both sides of the rear row, the design of the rear water tank, and the structure of the double-layer water tank filtration system.
  • Equipped with high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, which ensures the stability of machine tool control, and also guarantees the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
