The T-1375L vertical machining center is a medium-sized machine tool. After the workpiece is clamped once, it can automatically and continuously complete the processing of multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expansion, reaming, countersinking, and tapping. The machine tool is suitable for Medium and small batch processing of multiple types of complex parts such as medium-sized boxes, plates, plates, valves, shells, etc.

• The structure of the whole machine is fixed-column and cross sliding table structure. The Y-axis of the machine adopts a four-rail design, which can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing and ensure the processing accuracy. The whole machine is fully enclosed and protected, the machine is beautiful in appearance, easy to operate and maintain.
• The large basic parts are all cast with high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
• The spindle adopts Taikan's high-speed spindle unit with standard belt-driven BT50-6000rpm spindle for high cutting efficiency.
• The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth design, and the spindle has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
• The spindle has a central air blowing function and is equipped with an automatic constant temperature circulating water cooling device, so that the temperature rise of the spindle is small, the thermal deformation is small, and the high machining accuracy is maintained.
• The movement of the headstock (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. Even when moving at a high speed, the counterweight will not shake. The precise ratio of the counterweight to the weight of the spindle box can obtain the best processing characteristics, and the Z-axis drive motor has good load characteristics.
• The use of market-proven and mature pneumatic tooling ensures the stability and reliability of each tooling, protects the spindle and improves the overall performance of the machine tool.
• The three-axis feed adopts a direct connection and driving method of a motor and a high-precision ball screw. The large-diameter C3 ball screw is pre-tensioned and installed to further improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy.
• X/Y-axis guide rail adopts 45-line rail bearing, high rigidity, low friction, low noise; Z-axis guide rail adopts rectangular hard rail bearing, high rigidity, strong shock resistance, and can bear greater cutting force.
• The machine tool's guide rails and lead ball screws adopt a timing and quantitative lubrication system, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply of each lubrication point, and realize fully automatic centralized lubrication through the control of the electrical system.
• The chip removal of the machine tool adopts the built-in double screw row and the front chain plate type chip removal machine, which has a high degree of automation and reduces manual cleaning time. It is automated, humanized and efficient.
• The machine tool water tank adopts a multi-layer filter system structure to provide good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.

• The machine tool is equipped with a high-performance FANUC 0i-MF Plus (5) CNC system, which ensures the stability of the machine tool control, and also guarantees the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by the user.
